Rules & Regulations for PROPEXPO KENYA 2025

Agreement & Application: A contract is formed upon acceptance of the Space Booking Form by the Organizer (TRANS EUROPA EVENTS & FAIRS). Participation is on a "first come, first served" basis with advance payment. Incomplete forms will not be considered.

Payment Terms: Payments are due in installments: 25% on booking, 40% by Dec 15th, 2024, and 35% by Jan 25th, 2025. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of deposits, and the space may be reallocated without notice.

Cancellation & Withdrawal:

Withdrawal requires written notice to the Organizer, and penalties depend on the timing of notice.

Space Reallocation: Organizers have the right to reallocate exhibition space, alter the layout, or deny participation at their discretion, even if space has been previously assigned.

Stand Setup & Exhibit Placement: Exhibitors must submit stand drawings and specifications for approval by the Organizer. Stand setup must be completed before the event starts. Products must be placed at least 1 meter away from the stand boundary, ensuring adequate space for visitors.

Bankruptcy: If an exhibitor is declared bankrupt or wound up, the contract will be void, and any payments will be retained by the Organizer.

Subletting: Subletting or sharing space with unlisted companies is prohibited without prior approval from the Organizer.

Insurance & Liability:

Force Majeure & Event Continuity: In the event of emergencies or circumstances beyond the Organizer's control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes), the event may be postponed, re-arranged, or cancelled. If cancelled, the Organizer may retain part or all of the exhibitor fees. Exhibitors have no claims for damages in such cases.

Organizer Rights: The Organizer reserves the right to photograph and video record the exhibits for promotional use. Organizers can also amend, alter, or add to the rules at their discretion. Their decisions are final.
